Schedule: All in stock items usually ship within 2-3 business days. Items not currently in stock are automatically placed on backorder, which we will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

Terms: FOB: Our warehouse FedEx is our preferred carrier of choice. On occasions we may choose to use UPS or USPS which is at the sole discretion of KEEP IT REAL DESIGNs unless arrangements have been made prior to shipping. The FedEx rates advertised only applies within the continental United States. All other destinations will be accessed the appropriate additional shipping charges.ANY ADDITIONAL TAXES, DUTIES AND OR FEES ASSOCIATED WITH DOMESTIC OR FOREIGN ORDERS(INCLUDING CANADA) ARE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER!

Loss or Damage: Keep It Real Designs will not be held responsible for any packages lost or damaged once FedEx has confirmed receipt of shipment. Should something happen in transit, the customer is responsible to contact and complete an necessary claims and paperwork.

Unconfirmed Shipping Address: KEEP IT REAL DESIGNs will only ship to a confirmed billing address on all order placed online through our PayPal merchant account. Should you desire us to ship anywhere other than the confirmed billing address, you MUST place your order via phone at 323-292-4359.
